Returns are not accepted as each order is custom made to the order specifications.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 states for a flat fee of either $15 for standard shipping of $25 for FedEx or UPS shipping.
If needing your signs as soon as possible, we highly suggest using the upgraded shipping option available.
My Sign is broken, what should I do?
6mm PVC is the thickest PVC we have available at this time. This is a nice sturdy material but please keep in mind that this material was not designed to be indestructible. We highly advise against hitting the signs against your legs and especially knees as it will cause a point of breakage to the signs. If worried about signs breaking, we highly suggest ordering either of the Coroplast options as these signs will bend after much repeated use, but they will not break during a performance!
The chances of the 6mm PVC breaking is low, but it is possible!
If your sign breaks, we are able to offer the following options as a 1 time courtesy:
1. We will reprint and ship your broken sign(s) in the same material with a 20% discount applied to the order.
2. We will reprint and ship your broken sign(s) in Coroplast with a 50% discount applied to the order.
If any signs break after this offer is redeemed, we will reprint at the full cost of the material selected.
